What This Includes
- Choosing a product that comes with coverage can provide peace of mind. If something stops working as expected during the product’s lifetime and you purchased our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, your item may be replaced, with the item cost covered (shipping fees are excluded).
- Misuse, ordinary wear and tear, or a product being discontinued will void this coverage.
- “Lifetime” refers to the period the product remains in production.
- The program may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
How to Use Your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance
- Capture a photo or short video of the item.
- Visit our Contact Form page and select Lifetime Warranty as the category.
- Upload the photo or video as an attachment.
After Approval
- If your replacement is authorized, we’ll send an update within 48 hours.
