If “getarubas” Appears on Your Bank or Card Statement
The descriptor “getarubas” can show up when you purchase from getarubas or its parent company, when a subscription renews, or when someone in your family group makes a purchase through getarubas.
Still Can’t Match the Charge?
Try these steps to pinpoint the source:
- Search your email for phrases like “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”
- Look for a receipt that matches the exact amount shown on your statement.
- On that email receipt, note the sender and check the domain (for example, “support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com”).
- Visit the store’s website associated with that domain to see if you recognize it.
- If you recognize the site:
- Check the top navigation for Create a Ticket.
- Go to the footer and look for Create a Ticket (you can also use our Submit a request form).
